Who can use the service?
Any not-for-profit organisation can register to use the service. For example, this includes;
• Social clubs at sheltered housing schemes
This isn’t an exhaustive list; most community or voluntary groups will be able to join.
When does it operate?
Journeys are available at any time, subject to capacity. We’re most likely to be able to help during the day on Mondays to Fridays, but we can also look at requests for trips at other times, including evenings and weekends.
Where do journeys go to?
Journeys can be to any destination in the UK, either from one single pick up point or from various different locations. There’s complete flexibility on this service!
How much does it cost?
The basic fare for a return journey between two points in the local area is £80, but this is reduced to £60 as a special offer if your entire booking is between 9:30am and 2:30pm. Charges are higher for longer trips, or for multiple pick-ups. Please contact us for a quote.

There is no subsidy for this service. ECT provides it as part of our commitment to helping improve transport opportunities.
