Group Transport in West London
Our Group Transport service in West London offers community, voluntary and not-for-profit organisations the chance to book a minibus either with a professional ECT driver or with a volunteer nominated by the group. We can take you anywhere in the UK, or just down the road!
Who can use the service? Any not-for-profit group (which can include schools, residential homes, churches, etc) based in the Borough of Ealing. Please note that each organisation does have to register and pay an annual membership fee (£50 for statutory groups or £25 for community groups).
How much do trips cost? There's a fixed charge of £60 for each booking (halved to £30 for community groups), and this includes up to 15 miles free. All additional mileage is charged at 85p per mile, and if you need to use an ECT professional driver, this will be charged by the hour (with a minimum of three hours). We can send you a full list of charges, or give you an indicative quote, on request.
How can I book a trip? Journeys can be booked by completing our on-line form (click here) and just waiting for an email confirmation from us. Please do try to give a few days notice, particularly during the busy summer season.
